About Cross-Border Engine

Operated by Feihe Cross-border E-commerce (Guizhou) Co., Ltd.

Most people selling across borders alone do not fail at selling. They fail at the twelve jobs wrapped around selling — researching a product, costing it to the destination, writing a listing that converts, finding buyers, keeping the paperwork straight. Cross-Border Engine exists to take those twelve jobs off one person's desk.

Who we are

Cross-Border Engine (跨境引擎) is an operations platform for cross-border sellers, built and run by Feihe Cross-border E-commerce (Guizhou) Co., Ltd. It is not a marketplace and we do not sell goods ourselves. We build the workbench, and you keep the business.

Our company registration number, registered address and tax details are available in writing on request from [email protected], and appear on every invoice. We would rather hand you verifiable details than print an address we have not confirmed on a marketing page.

The problem we actually solve

If you run cross-border commerce alone, the constraints are concrete and they compound:

Each of these is a repeated task with a defined structure. That is exactly what software should absorb — so that your hours go into the decisions only you can make: which product, which market, which price.

What is in the workbench

Sourcing & selectionProduct research across marketplaces, domestic supply-price comparison, demand signals and a selection workspace that records why a product was kept or dropped.
Costing & pricingLanded cost to the destination including freight, payment fees, return allowance and live exchange rates, then target-margin pricing in the platform's own currency.
Content & listingListing copy generation, image preparation, per-platform field packages, and a publish checklist that mirrors each platform's requirements.
Market intelligence181 platform entry points across overseas marketplaces, overseas sourcing, overseas media, domestic sourcing and import channels — plus a 16-source regulatory risk monitor covering 7 regions and 4 hazard categories.
Acquisition & follow-upLead capture, outreach workflows, buyer records and repeat-purchase tracking, so a contact is an asset instead of a memory.
Operations & profitOrder and logistics monitoring, a profit dashboard that reconciles fees against price, and exports you can hand to an accountant.
