14 days. Full refund. No reason needed.
If your first paid subscription is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No form, no interview, no attempt to talk you out of it.
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| First paid subscription, within 14 days | Full refund, no questions asked |
| You cancel a renewal before it is charged | Nothing is charged |
| You cancel after a renewal charge, within 7 days, and have not used the new period | Full refund of that renewal |
| Duplicate charge, or a charge you did not authorise | Full refund once verified |
| The paid service was completely unusable for 72 hours or more in a row, and the cause was ours | Pro-rata refund for the affected days |
| Free plan or free trial | Nothing to refund — you were never charged |
| Second or later paid period, beyond the 7-day window | No refund; access runs to the end of the period |
| Account closed for breaching the Terms of Service | No refund |
Buying software you have not used yet is a leap of faith. We would rather refund a subscription than keep money from someone the product does not fit. That is why the 14-day, no-reason refund exists on your first paid subscription, once per customer.
Renewals are different: by then you know what the product does, you have had a reminder email before the charge, and cancelling takes one click. So renewals follow the narrower rules below.
The free plan has no time limit and no payment details attached. The 7-day trial of paid features requires no card and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. If you do nothing, the trial ends and you stay on the free plan. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
This is not a goodwill matter — a wrong charge is simply wrong, and we fix it in full.
If a core paid feature was completely unusable for 72 consecutive hours or more and the cause was on our side — not your device, network, browser configuration, or a third-party platform restricting your account — we will refund the pro-rata value of the affected days. Report it when it happens so we can date and verify the incident; retrospective claims for a past period are hard to substantiate for either of us.
Scheduled maintenance that we announced in advance does not count. Nor does a third-party platform blocking your access, changing its API, or rejecting your listings.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that begin immediately, that right can be lost once performance starts with your express consent and acknowledgement — but you do not have to rely on any of that here: the 14-day refund above is a contractual promise, available on your first purchase whether or not a statutory withdrawal right applies, and without you having to waive anything.
Nothing in this policy limits any other mandatory right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. If your local law gives you a stronger right, it applies.
A chargeback takes weeks, involves your bank, and usually resolves more slowly than writing to us. If a charge looks wrong, email us first — we can verify it the same day and, if it is our error, refund it immediately. We do not retaliate against customers who exercise legitimate chargeback rights; we only ask for the chance to fix the problem directly first.
If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend paid features while the bank investigates, and restore them as soon as it is resolved.
We may update this policy. The version and date at the top of the page identify the current text. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase made before it took effect — the policy in force when you paid is the one that governs that purchase.
